What is your workout week look like?
Do you do splits? Muscle Group Focused? Poterior/Anterior work?

What does your workout week or routine look like?
 
PPL, but I do legs push pull rest. So I don't have deads one day and squats the next.

I have two routines, ppl1 and ppl2, first routine first part of week, second for second part of week.
 
I’ve just started doing PPLPP with two consecutive rest days. Nearing the end of a cut and this is what I plan to do on blast, so just getting settled in and working out the smaller details so once it’s time to eat I’ll be ready.
