Ruckin's first cycle log: test cyp only [IV gear]

I got in another workout on Tuesday but I won't bother logging it. It was only upper body cause I started practice Wednesday and needed my legs to be fresh.

So overall I couldn't be much happier with how this cycle went. Ended up lasting 15 weeks like I planned. I haven't tested all my new maxes but based on honest estimates I ended up adding about 60 pounds to my bench, 70 to my squat, 90 to my deadlift, 30 to my strict press, and 40 to my power clean. I gained 30 pounds (including water weight) and don't seem to have put on any noticable amount of fat. After this water comes off I might even have lost some fat, I guess I'll have to wait a few days or weeks to see for sure though.

Showed up to rugby yesterday and I'd be lying if I didn't admit I got a ton of compliments from my teammates on how massive they say I look. Everyone keeps saying how excited they are to see me take the ball into contact lol.

Oh and I also improved my fitness a ton too, so who knows how much more size and strength I could have added if I didn't need to do so much conditioning work.

So anyone reading who's planning their first cycle and wants to start throwing in a bunch of different compounds and crazy doses from the get-go, please let my experience be an example of what amazing progress you can make just from 500 mg test per week.

Thanks so much everyone for following and I hope to see you all on my test/eq cycle log in a few months!

Great log ruck. Good luck on the upcoming season. Put all this mass and endurance to work

Hi everyone, it's been 7 weeks or so since I finished so I figure a post cycle update would be a good addition to this thread.

I've been cruising on 180 mg/week and everything has been going very well, except for my left elbow tendinitis bothering me again, keeping me from benching for the last few werks. I've still been doing incline bench though and have only lost a lottle strength on that (doing 9 reps with 225 now instead of 10) so I doubt my flat bench has gone down much. Everything else has stayed the same, strength wise, except my squat has still been going up. I've added 20 lbs to it in the last 7 weeks.

As for bodyweight, I've dropped 15 lbs since I peaked at 265 first thing in the morning at the end there. I attribute this to my change in diet though. I've been eating much "cleaner" recently, and am holding much less extra water than before. Had my average sodium intake been the same as over the summer, I don't think I would've lost more than 7-8 lbs, so I'm fine with the extra weight loss, especially since my strength hasn't dropped. Still 20 lbs heavier than before my first pin and way stronger. So I'm happy. I'm getting so anxious to start my second blast in the beginning of december. Planning on dbol, test c and eq.
