Running hgh with ai need advice

Ummmm what? HGH does not aromatize to estrogen. Are you on a Testosterone cycle too that’s high, or you have high body fat and need AI to balance e2 on TRT doses?

You need a blood panel done asap man! You want your GH to raise igf-1 but keep the z-score under a 3- if it’s over a 3 drop your GH dose.

And if you’re running AI to help with GH you have bad information. Make sure your blood panel includes sensitive e2 and get it in range. A little high is ok if you don’t have sides but low is no bueno.

I’m running hgh 5-6 ius daily with an aromasin 6.25 mg eod without bloodwork for six months straight what things I can I do to minimize the damage during this cycle.

I'm older and trying to wrap my head around this current generation. I lack understanding.
I think we went from a time of little to no information that slowly got better over time to too much and a lot of crap: Once social media became a thing (and information was already freely available) too many questionable people determined that being the one to give info was profitable.

Now, because there is only so much 'accurate' info, too many losers/grifters/morons try to set themselves apart by giving their own uneducated take that they either know is BS or somehow have convinced themselves is right against all the existing info. Now, mostly young folks, buy in because of where it came from instead of vetting it because they either don't know better and can't be bothered to check, or don't care and just run with it because it's somehow popular, a vibe, or whatever.

You sir just offered clarity. I don't have any socials so I'm out of the loop. I did at one point, but quickly realized it was a societal downfall I didn't want part of. This forum is as Internet social as I get aside from flesh and blood interactions.

Thanks dude
