Running training program

Any past runners here that have good running programs?

I currently do 5km in 30 mins and would like to drop it to 20. There is no deadline, I just think that I've been avoiding cardio/running for too long and I should work on it.

This is what I have in mind

Day1 : 5 mins warmup / 5 mins cool down
10x 1 min sprint / 1 min rest

Day2: 5 mins warmup / 5 mins cool down
5x 3 mins as fast as I can / 1 min rest

Day3: 5 mins warmup / 5 mins cool down
2x 9 mins as fast as I can / 2 mins rest

Day 4: 5km as fast as I can

Suggestions? Comments?
