(Safe Anabolic sciences) review..

Hope this is the right place to discuss this. I wanted to try something on the safer side. Been a month of spraying and haven't noticed a damn thing slightly increased energy, excessive sweating at my job. No increase in power. Just $180 bunk and wanted to get it out there and be known.

Don't waste your money on this guys.

I don't even know what you're talkin bout...post a link?

Oh my :(

hang around here S&D...don't feel to bad most (if not all) of us have fallen victim to supp companies at one time or another. Personally I went through several boxes of Arimatest tablets from GNC when I was a high school athlete...later I got a letter I was involved in a class action lawsuit.

Wth? For what.. if its personal I understand. Btw does anyone recommend stacking any supplements. I burn about 3-4k calories a night at my job and want to maximize my gains and minimize cramps and tiredness/ lack of energy esp after work.

False claims, misbranding...basically just the product being complete snake oil

Good shit cdnguy lol. Well like I was saying I was looking for a safer alternative. Blow up body suit woulda been better atleast if it rained u got ur floaties on. =)

So what is your overall goal, bulking? And you want to stay natural from what I'm guessing? Be a little more specific and we can help you out with diet and training to help you start moving in the right direction. As far as supps go I never recommend anything outside of creatine and a good whey powder, maybe a pwo if needed. But if your burning too many cals at work to maintain, then the answer simply lies in proper nutrition to counter that.

and FOOD! All the supps in the world don't compare to a gallon+ h20, clean whole foods, hard work, and most importantly REST.

Idk if you've ever checked out exrx dot net but it's a great place to start imo. They have a ton of info on all the basics and decent calculators to help with anything from diet to programming.

One -Well safe sources come and go and I don't look around hard enough. Not saying i wouldnt pin if it was infront of me . Two -yea my diet isn't the greatest need more veggies and fruit. And damn protein shakes make me bloated so bad some days it hurts. I'd like to setup a diet for lots of fast burning energy. I normally skip lunches at work and just keep working because I have so much to do and not enough help. After a 8-10 HR shift if stocking shelves moving lifting freight, I'm usually passed out within a half HR of being home.

I'd like to help burn about 50-90lbs and bulk to a decent size and keep it there. I like to practice mma w my friend so being hulk size is not good for speed. I wana be quick to get around and built like a tank lol.

Thats me before we started dating to embarrassed to post pic of me now..
Forget that.
You only have to be good enough for yourself, everyone else can kiss your ass. If you're committed to making a change start with a M,W,F workout routine and stick to it. Fullbody exercises will help you get back into it. Don't be one of those guys that goes to the gym for 2hrs plays on his phone and only does bench/curls in between selfie sessions.

Commit to a lifestyle change and get your girl on board. Tell her you want to eat clean and hold each other accountable when you are making decisions on what you put in your body. Shoot for being able to rep out your core exercises at bodyweight, if you can't do a single rep at bodyweight with dips, pullups, etc then do them assisted with a partner or a using resistance bands. Shoot for sets of pushups and bodyweight squats in the range of 20+ reps if you can't do that already, ideally 30-40 once you start leaning up. Get at least 2 cardio sessions in a week and try to make it 3. I prefer high intensity but you will have to make an honest assessment of where you are at. Cut back on the carbs especially at night, hope you like the taste of chx, it just became your new best friend.

hang around, ask questions, and read read read.....don't jump in over your head.
You don't need drugs you need a solid foundation my friend but it will come with time.

Didnt help I was riding a exercise bike for 30 miles and running 3 times a week up to 10 miles at a time. Shadow box and mess around w the heavy bag for a few hours. Of course I had to build up to that endurance, every time I craved a smoke I'd exercise. I just wana find some supplements that'll help me recover help boost my energy and help build muscle. I didn't have enough muscle where I wanted esp in my chest and arms. My legs have always been tree trunks from doing squats at work all night. My core section has always been rather weak.
