Safest and most private bitcoin exchange and wallet?

I’m pretty late to the game, but seems like most sources are only accepting bitcoin as a method of payment.

Localbitcoin.com appears to be the most commonly used website to purchase bitcoin from, and it also appears to be a wallet.

Is anyone using any other app, website, etc to purchase bitcoin in the most private and secure way possible?

Also, what wallets are you using? I see that mycelium and blockchain are the go to from the threads I’ve read from

I also read one reputable seller on localbitcoin that buyers cannot use their bitcoin for illegal purchases....how would they know that we did?? Especially if we transferred the bitcoin to another wallet to add more privacy?

Thank you

I feel like it's all in what u want to use sure some may be better than others,
I personally use
Coinbase for initial purchases
Then I have btc stored in
Exodus wallet
Bread wallet
Green address
Coinexchange
Bifinex
Bitconnect
Blockchain
If I'm sending money I'll rotate which wallet I send from never use the same back to back and never send from coinbase

Do you lose money or bitcoins sending from Coinbase to block chain ?

Please excuse my retardedness....

But what is atm teller assist? I googled and it looks like an upgraded atm? And I’m assuming only few places have them.

And is it possible to deposit money into someone’s account without providing any personal information of my own?

It seems that way based on his preferred payment method (screenshot attached)
