Scar tissue

Anyone know best way to get rid of scar tissue, my glutes has so much, I've started going different places, thighs, shoulders, tried tris a few times, but still glutes

search online for a "tens unit" I picked one up called the Lg3000 for about $40, use it a few days a week and it should def help. Its very good for injuries, I got it to help heal my bicep tendon and it sped up the process alot, but I also used it to help break up a knot on my shoulder from an injection
