Second Cycle Advice

Hey guys,
I am planning my second cycle now and want some advice. Getting bloods this weekend. Been off for 8 weeks and will wait another 4 weeks before hopping on. First cycle was 12 weeks of 500 mg test e, 50 mg anavar first four weeks, 300 mg NPP last four weeks. I literally transformed and put on 20 pounds of lean tissue around 5 pounds of fat. I stopped the cycle at 12 weeks because NPP gave me mental sides and felt it was time to stop and recover.

Second cycle plan:
Weeks 1-16:
- 500 mg test
- 250 mg primo

Goal: 10 more pounds of tissue and more hardness/maturity with 7-8% body fat (if I had to guess I am 9-10% right now as I have veins all throughout my core)

I would rather a longer more moderate cycle with no orals. What do you guys think of starting at this 2:1 test/primo ratio? 16 weeks or 20 weeks?
 
That's why we told you to hold your horses and do Testosterone only first cycle!

That out of the way the second cycle design is rather good if you keep it that way and avoid adding in unnecessary drugs on top of that, like you did on your first cycle. No orals is a fine choice, add in only when you want to break through a plateau (weight & strength)

You can substitute Primo for Eq, they're much alike. There are some differences, but those are minor and only personal preference counts more.

Last thing is don't expect second cycle to bring as many gains as your first one, assuming you did everything correct and wasn't dyel to begin with (which I remember you were advanced trainee).

Note that some people get reduced or even too low estrogen from primo. I'm not the one, but there are plenty examples.

@lukiss96 Yes adding in other compounds was not the wisest choice but I got lucky and nothing too bad came from it thankfully.

I do not except or want to get nearly as much tissue this cycle I just want to refine/harden and make some lagging muscles more proportional with 5-10 pounds of added tissue. Plus, I feel it is quite a shock to the body to gain a large amount of lean tissue in a few months, so I want to give it time to stabilize.

Yes I heard about the anti-estrogen properties so I'm going to play it safe and start with a 2:1 ratio of test/primo. Get bloods 6 weeks in

In our opinion & (whoever else sees this) is there a drastic difference in running 16 weeks vs 20-24 weeks of primo??? Heard varying opinions

This is 12 weeks after I stopped my first cycle/pct, my coach took this picture. I actually didn’t let my coach take any shirtless pics when I was on cycle because I looked too freaky. I did not want him to post or even have them on his phone. I didn’t want the whole town, family and my friends to know I was juicing lol. It’s my little secret

I never really thought about taking a picture of myself on cycle lol.

On cycle I was 8 pounds heavier with much much better conditioning to give you an idea of the difference. I noticed my leanness/graininess improved the most on cycle out of everything. I still retained around 20-25 pounds in these 12 weeks off.

I will take some pictures this cycle though so I have a good before and after this time

I don’t think you need to lose more fat. Honestly if I’d critique anything I’d say build the fook outta your chest this cycle
 
Looking good! Good second cycle design. Focus on that chest and your shoulders and you should be golden. Don't be afraid of putting on some more fat this time around, I find it gives the lean tissue more reason to stick once you enter a cutting phase.
