I'm going to keep this to the point I'm 43 6 ft 220. I trimed from 260 of mor my second cycley first cycle which was 50 mg dbol ed 4 weeks
750 mgs test e split shots two time a week
600 mgs tren e split shots two times a week
6000 caliores daily
250 grams protien daily
6 days a week training
compound exercises three times a week
iso exercises twice a week
Gained 50 good pounds
Goal was to strip 30 lbs off and look good for my second cycle but I went with this instead of trying to make the gear do the work, I ramped up my pump by changing my workout to very very high reps , added 2 more exercices to each muscle that took me from 4 to 6 for each and the gear i used wasn't for ripping but building which is as follows
900 test cyp weekly three split pins
600 deca weekly three split pins
250 grams protien
4000 caliores
My results are ok don't have the resources for blood work but strength is still pretty high(posted media of a pic from yesterday). Not sure about the gear which is phurious or crazy's which ever name you want to call him but I feel off. And I am having real problems with pinning ie briusing and soarness bad soarness . When I spot pin tri no prob but shoulders and quads almost lay me in bed for two days any help would be appriciated if I am too vage pl let me know and I'll try to get more detailed

Over all goal 230 with very nice tight form somewhere around 11 to 15 per body fat
