At the end of the day, 250, 500 or whatever all do work. It all comes down to the user not fucking around and doing his part as best as he can. Especially for the first cycle, you can and will explode on a minimum necessary amount of good old Testostorone

Worry about your diet and training like it's your main hard job that might not pay well and you have three kids to feed and a woman to take care of. Because you have to be the man.

If you do all that you will get damn good results. Over.
 
You’ve already gotten some great advice.

I’m somewhat new myself, (to doing things the right way) but let me reiterate a few things: Don’t rush it. Get your blood tests done first to see where you’re starting. Make sure it includes the estradiol sensitive test. You can order your own blood test inexpensively from a number of websites. PrivateMDLabs.com for example. Test again at 6 weeks. Adjust your AI. Then again at the end of your cycle (12-16 weeks)

Have a goal in mind. Better yet, write it down.

As already stated, you want maximum benefit from the least amount of risk. I think you’d make significant gains starting at just 250/wk as several folks with way more knowledge have suggested.

You’re at the right place. The knowledge and experience here can help you tremendously but do not rely on it solely. Put some effort into your own research.

Whatever your cycle, make sure you have enough PCT to come off gracefully at the end. Work that into the cost and order at the same time as your first batch of AAS. If you can't afford PCT, you can't afford AAS.

Someone else mentioned getting baseline bloodwork before you start. +1 to that suggestion.
