self injections

Me too my first time... anyways just pop like 10mg of xanax... fuck shaking you wont even be breathing J/K

Take a long hot shower (hope freaky freddy isn't reading this), this tends to relax my muscles and mind... you just have to get used to it, I actually like poking myself. Just last night I found myself injecting some tren for the second time that day! :D

youll be nervous the first couple of times,but then youll look foward to them.just take a few deep breaths and push it in.remember to asparate and inject very slow.take a shot(liquor) to calm your nerves if you have to.its nothing to it.

I'm a wuss too. Hate needles, but I won't take orals, cuz of the liver thing. (yeah, i know it's overblown, but I abuse my liver enuff w/o adding to it).

here's some great advice i got a while ago.

1) make a list of all the steps involved in an injection

2) on a scale of 1 to 10, rate each step in terms of how much discomfort it gives you mentally

3) order all the steps based on the level of discomfort

4) starting with the least "unconfortable" thing, practise it until it doesn't bother you much at all. then go on to the next one. I know that the order of things will be off, but that's cool. You might go from washing your hands as step #1 to taking the cap off the needle as #2...that's cool.
 
dude, the first time i injected myself i felt like i was on a fuckin' roller coaster. i cleaned the site and aimed the pin at the quad. i went to stab myself then pulled back at the last second. my hart was going at 100mph. i repeated this about five damn times until i finally did it. when it was over i felt like i just got off the millenium force (cedar point). now every morning on the days i inject i wake up like its christmas morning 1988!:)
 
Put a piece of toilet paper or paper towel on an ice pack,Put some alcohol on the paper, Place the ice pack on the area being injected for 3-4 minutes While your waiting those 3-4 minutes your needle should be in a large cup of hot tap water plunger side down"cap on".After 3-4 minutes of numbing remove ice pack grab needle and plung(the site is allready disinfected) asperate, and inject slow,massage after,you could also place a hot wash rag or microwavable heating pad on it after"it helps the post shot soreness. you will not even feel a thing not even a pinch.....Hope that helps

i'm going to try that. one more question. if i am injecting 2 times a week. 1st 2cc sencond time 1cc, should i swtich glutes every week or every injection or it is really only a comfort thing?
 
Why try a DELT shot with a 25g 5/8 needle. It is a much easier shot and should help you overcome the fear of needles. Remember you must rotate shots so eventually you'll have to use the glute...cLeRks

holy shit my first time shooting I was sitting on the toilet filling the pin with sust250, I got the fucker full and when I went to put the amp on the sink I droped the pin and it went right into my leg, felt good so I shoot it in. I was never scared though, just do it bro dont be a puss,

you should have seen the look on my face when I look down and the fucking pin was stuck just right in the leg, I wish all injections were that simple, lol I think if would of landed on my toes I would have shot that fucker anyway, one time I was curious and shot in my forearm, holy shit I will never do that again, but it was with test susp (vet grade)
