Semaglutide and Metformin (HGH)

I see alot of people nowadays incorporating Metformin (as well as T4/T3) with HGH to prevent insulin resistance

Can you use semaglutide instead. If I am reading correctly it does the same as metformin but better?

No idea what that is, a datbtrue peptide?

You will be more than fine using berberine or metformin, many do. And track your AM glucose. Nothing else needed.

R-Ala, cardio, eating less carbs also improve insulin sensitivity. Fish oil too.

Won’t work. Look, they dropped significant points in blood glucose levels in these semaglutide studies because of eating a LOT(!) less than before. Semaglutide itself does not lower blood glucose levels if you shuffle in the same high amount of carbs as you always did.

If you are dieting, however, it can be very helpful because you will feel full on very little food. If you are bulking or maintaining it will not provide a real benefit (if any benefit honestly).

No

Semaglutide increases insulin secretion and reduces glucagon secretion. Combining this with metformin can cause hypoglycemia.

Semaglutide can help with BG control...

TBH I am currently using Semaglutide on a recomp because NPP made my appetite insatiable. It was hard to control.

MY BG has been under pretty solid control on 1mg of semaglutide and 6-8 units of HGH.

Thanks for linking the studies. This is indeed interesting to know.
