NoWon’t work. Look, they dropped significant points in blood glucose levels in these semaglutide studies because of eating a LOT(!) less than before. Semaglutide itself does not lower blood glucose levels if you shuffle in the same high amount of carbs as you always did.
If you are dieting, however, it can be very helpful because you will feel full on very little food. If you are bulking or maintaining it will not provide a real benefit (if any benefit honestly).
Thanks for linking the studies. This is indeed interesting to know.TBH I am currently using Semaglutide on a recomp because NPP made my appetite insatiable. It was hard to control.
MY BG has been under pretty solid control on 1mg of semaglutide and 6-8 units of HGH.
