hey guys, been goin to town with this tbol strength and guess I put a bit of strain on my serratus anterior, its the lowermost part of the shoulder muscle between your armpit and the outermost part of the pec.. I dont believe its torn, just a bit strained so im gonna slow it down for few days.. I think I strained it doing weighted dips, Im used to going for sets of 7-8 with 45lbs strapped on but this tbol strength kicked in and I just couldn't resist seeing what I could do so I strapped on 65lbs and smashed a few sets of 10 like it wasnt shit...
any tips on helping our speeding up the recovery?? I'm definately not gonna stop lifting just gonna turn down a notch

Doubt it's the serratus. How about coracobrachialis? It's often tight and more likely to strain, especially as you extend and abduct the shoulder, as its function is just the opposite.
