During the past few months, when I am incline benching (bar or DBs), I occasionally have the feeling of an electric shock in my left forearm near my wrist. Sometimes when it happens, I just do something else for 5 minutes and then come back and the 'shock' doesn't bother me again for the rest of the workout. The feeling really sucks and it affects my lifting.
