To them who are low on money, unemployed or just an genuine tight ass like myself
. Heres a poverty meal plan for ya..
120g Beef or 105g chicken breast. (25g protein)
90g Oats. (54g carbs) (7g fat) (10g protein)
30g Peanut Butter. (2g carbs) (18g fat) (8g protein)
25g Powdered Milk. (13g carbs) (0 fat) (9g protein)
Eat that^ 4x per day.
This will give you just over 3,000 calories so if you require more you may have to splash out abit more on snacks or fruit for inbetween meals.
This will cost you around $17 for the week. (Unless you buy more snacks)
Honestly, when I'm away in thialand or anywhere abroad this is all I will consume (not included with the alcohol
) and I come back bigger!
