shoudler press Angles

I use the setting just before 90 most of the time... but I also try different settings on occasion. I don't know what is the "best" angle. I guess that depends on the individual.

Prodigy, you talking about shoulder presses with a bar and an inclining bench? I use the setting just before 90 also. Just rocked shoulders tonight and crushed it. 4 sets of front side military seated w 3 warm ups, 4 sets of standing dumbell side raises with a backward angle, 3 sets of 2 handed cable raises to the front and 3 sets of rear delts w reverse peck deck. My training partner is kickin my ass! I could barely carry my gym bag to get out to my car! Love it.

I'm just starting to go heavy with my shoulder again (not super heavy) :(

Between what angles on a bench are, in your opinion, the best angles to do seated shoulder press on? 70-90?
As close to 90 as possible without blowing out your shoulders, my guess is about 80. one setting before 90
