Hey bros, about 6 weeks ago, I started HST during the recovery from my last cycle. I was wondering whether you guys think I should stick to the HST during my next cycle (starting this upcoming week), or switch to my traditional AAS type of routine, which was a 5 day split with more volume. I just can't help but to think I wouldn't be lifting enough weight or volume on HST during my cycle. Also, some bros have suggested that I stick to HST and just do more volume, not neccessarily more weight. Would this be more like do 3 sets on exercises I'd only do 2, and 2 sets on those I'd normally do 1? Any advice would be appreciated.
