Should I use a ai?

Hey meso, I had my blood done. Testosterone was at 78.2nmo/L and e2 is 465pmol/L. Should I take a AI? The only estrogenic side im experiencing is slightly sore nipples but nothing too bad. No lumps or anything and it’s only sore if I push or pinch them. I been experiencing that since week 2. It dosent affect my life at all and would rather not take a AI unless I totally need it. Should I just take some nolva for a few days or something?

Thanks guys.

Btw my cycle is 500 test

Also I’m getting no side effects. No hairloss no acne. No anxiety just the slightly sore nips
I just converted and yeah, it's high if the conversion is correct. That along with sensitive nips, I'd start an AI and retest in a few weeks.

If Arimidex, use 0.25 or 0.5 twice a week. Aromasin, 12.5mg twice a week. I don't want to suggest too much so I gave my recommendation. Up to you to research, decide on dose, and monitor your nip sensitivity.

I feel like I need to add your nipples on Instagram or Facebook and invite them to my next bbq.

Tell me something about your training. What kinda gainz are you seeing?? How’s food? Something besides your nipples please

Food and training is good ahahahah iv put on around 6lbs and think it’s a little water weight and muscle. Nothing dramatic tho. I have gotten abit stronger and workouts are definitely more intense than usal. I decided to add another meal a day as you recommended.

I may start this tomorrow.

You should use something to start. I'm not saying you will develop it if you choose not to use one, but you don't want gyno. I've had it and had the surgery.

At the time of bloodwork, I think you were only 2.5 weeks in, right? Which means your test, and probably E2, will continue to rise a little longer.

No this blood work is recent only yesterday actually. I had the referral for a long time but I don’t have a chance to get it till yesterday. I would rather not use a ai but if I have to I have no problem doing it lol I don’t wish to develop gyno and twice a week for now seems fine to me

I like the idea of no symptoms = nothing to fix. But this is just my preference. Others like to keep a range. I'm a believer extremely high T should equal high E, as E follows T basically. In my opinion this only applies if you don't feel high estrogen symptoms.
