Should test be ramped up at the start?

I've seen conflicting opinions on whether to just start your cycle with your desired weekly amount or to ramp it up over the course of 2-3 weeks (e.g. if you're doing 750 then starting with say 250 and bumping it up each week).

What does the science, if there is any, say?
 
There's a plotter on the forum here somewhere. It allows you to put in your numbers and corresponding days/times etc. It'll output a very nice graph.

I think most people will just start with dose/week, decide how many times per week they'll pin. E.g. 500 mg/week total, 2 pins per week--Sunday morning and Wednesday afternoon. 250 mg per pin.

Some folks will front load which usually just includes pinning an entire week's worth on the first pin in the cycle to get things moving, but that's kind of advanced and should be reserved for your base compound--Testosterone. It isn't necessary though unless you are in a real hurry for some reason.

i would go to planned dose right off the get go

that being said it depends on your size

a newb shouldnt blast anything more than 500 on a first blast imo. and 500 would be the absolute limit with less being ideal

but if you have been on for years and are a big dude it doesnt make sense to start at 300 mg and ramp up
 
I read somewhere on here a thread about kickstarting your blast by doubling up your initial test injection.
Yep, I have to admit, I am a participant of this. I hate to advise it to anyone though haha. I've read some stories where folks did this with EQ and had full on anxiety. I guess it depends on how side effects are with particular individuals, how much one is utilizing etc. Depends on experience too.
 
Front loading mostly just hits you with additional sides for not much benefit. It takes time to reach steady state levels because of the esters anyway.
 
I like adding gear as required rather than prematurely assuming a certain amount will be necessary. If you grow on 250, grow on it. When you need more, add a little more. Rinse and repeat. Less sides, less damage to health, less scar tissue, fine rate of progress (and if it isn’t then ok add some more gear lmao)

It’s the same with food. If you need 3000 calories, what good is 6000 going to do? You’re not magically going to put on twice as much muscle, in fact you’re just going to get the same amount of muscle but also a lot more fat.
