Shoulder wraps?

In short, I cycled for the first time last fall and went too hard and trashed my shoulder. I've been trying to get back only to hit a pain wall with my shoulder. I've been taking it light and being patient but this is getting ridiculous. Does anyone know a good wrap for shoulders that could help? I've tried a cheaper one with no luck. Some get pretty pricey so I thought I'd ask if anyone has any experience with any before shelling out more cash.

Think you need to find the source of the problem, is it structural or possibly a year? Lack of flexibility? Muscular imbalance? As for the healing portion I use KT tape to help alleviate the pain and work on flexibility and rotator cuff stabilization.

I don't think it's structural. More likely a tear. When it first happened, I could barely move it for a few weeks. It's now fully flexible and pain is almost completely gone unless I start pushing it. I got some great advice on here for working out other areas to help. Still waiting for my insurance to kick in so I can go for bloods and get my shoulder looked at. It feels as though a good compression sleeve would help. The one I have just doesn't apply enough pressure.

Shoulder issues like that definitely need to be attended to soon after the fact otherwise you'll have more issues down the line.
