Been dealing with from a teen, not sure from whence it came (kinda) but had lived with a fixated, and assumably upslipped pelvis for years... The poor mechanics and tendonopathies develops - seek treatment understanding etc. D.O. Pulls it out says g2g but now my mobile SI (right) is painful and irritated. Trying to focus on postural issues and some glute retraining. Deep core retraining etc.
Pulled 315x2 the other day after not deadlifting 2 mo. Prior. No pain. But the visco elastic forces of standing 6 hours strait causes not severe discomfort
Idk what I'm even asking. Anyone dealt with any issues there? Got a plan in mind but atm it's impeding progress and I'm impatient. Should also add flat, pronated feet are an potential issue. Lived with and without orthotics. Thanks for any support or input
