SI Joint pain from Cardio

So i have been hitting the treadmill a lot to get my cardio in 3 days a week post workout and on saturdays I focus strictly on cardio. I do not run very long (about 30 - 40 minutes on saturday) but I do push it pretty hard on the speed interval. 2 minutes on 30 seconds off. I have noticed that my SI Joint has been bothering me so I know I need to take a break and do something that is lower impact but running seems to be the most efficient calorie burning cardio for me personally. Does anyone have any good low impact cardio that they can recomend to maximize calories burned?
