I have gotten the flu recently..symptoms including a lot of snot buildup in the throat, sore throat, fever/head ache, and just feel kinda lazy/drained...when do u guys draw the line on going to the gym? I haven’t gone in three days so I’m kinda feeling shitty about that, especially since I’m on cycle. What do you guys think? Just continue to rest and recover? Or get my ass in the gym?

Fuck I hate dealing with sick people at the gym. Pisses me off

It might be due to overtraining if you have worked hard lately.

Take 650mgs aspirin a day for 2-3 days.

Aspirin is a miraculous cure for me. I feel better within a few hours.

i'm in the same boat as you right now.
Sucks, but i feel the rest is warranted. Let the body do it's thing with fighting off the germ, then once i feel back to (mostly) normal, i'm going back like i didn't miss a beat.

A few extra rest days aren't going to hurt progress.
