50 years old and just got under 220 lbs today – will have to go home and order a couple large pizza’s to celebrate. Just kidding I already have my chicken breasts and broccoli defrosting so no pizza for me. Being older and on the road a lot it’s a challenge to keep in shape, and I am sure over time I will have tons of questions to ask, and perhaps some advice to give on occasion as well.

However, for now I will just say hi and explain how I got here. A while back I read a posting on here about people getting free gear from reps personal supply then writing a review. It was rather well discussed and made perfect sense. Also read part of a posting on liver health and supplements taken for the liver which had some cross debate and people questioning each other and not just taking everyone for their word, rather impressed about that. Lastly I read a post by an older gentlemen asking questions regarding a Var only cycle, at first the replies were the typical cut and paste “you need to add Test” but then as more folks joined in the post actually steered towards answering the gentlemen’s question. Now I was really impressed with that. Figured this would be a good place to call home.

I’m half way through my PCT from a Anavar/Winstrol/T3 cycle, injured my shoulder some time back so waiting for it to heal, but in the mean time getting some much needed great leg workouts in.

Anyways, hello all

Not sure if this is the appropriate place to post an update, but... September 2016 managed to let my weight crawl up to 236 lbs. so I decided to join a 12 week challenge at a gym, dropped 27 lbs. 5 inches off my waist and 10% body fat in the 11 weeks the challenge was actually on -- without the use of any supplements. Then the three weeks following that I went up 25 lbs. Though I am rather sure that is mostly all water from a poor sodium/carb based diet, and in nine weeks from now will be looking at starting to drop the water.
