You gotta keep the elbows locked in closer bro. Skull Crush is not something you wanna be the biggest baddest mofo at. It IS something that you'd like to have really good form while doing. So, take some weight off and use proper form. I promise you your tris will get a much better workout from it.
Skull crushers wrecked my elbows ..I was injured for 2 years while they healed.Skulls are definately not the exercise to see how much you can lift with.At 5'10" 180 lbs age 44 I used 75-95 lbs max on that exercise.
I figured that was where you were going with your comment,of course at my age any damn exercise in the gym is not smart to show off with !![]()
