You gotta keep the elbows locked in closer bro. Skull Crush is not something you wanna be the biggest baddest mofo at. It IS something that you'd like to have really good form while doing. So, take some weight off and use proper form. I promise you your tris will get a much better workout from it.

yea i usually do keep them in a bit more, but when i go heavier they do tend to go out..but yea you are right.

Dont be jealous that im the biggest baddest mofo of skullcrushers....hahah jk
 
Skull crushers wrecked my elbows ..I was injured for 2 years while they healed.Skulls are definately not the exercise to see how much you can lift with.At 5'10" 180 lbs age 44 I used 75-95 lbs max on that exercise.

Not looking forward to that, lol....gotta take advantage of my younger years while I can....even though some of those years are already behind me
 
skull crushers are my favorite arm excersice.. but be careful.. i actually hurt my elbows today doing a plate and a quarter for 10-12 ... im never gonna stop doing them though... best move for arm mass period. think im gonna take a xanax or vicoden next arm day tho lol
