Slin cycle

einstein,

can you give me more info on your cycle? How long you ran it, which doses, how much carbs you took in and what your diet was like?

Thanks,
During pct, I take in the same # of calories as during my cycle, but I shift the % to more protein and less carbs. The vast majority of carbs I do take are preworkout and pwo. i was using 10IU of Humalog IM pwo, and my dextrose intake was ~70g immediately after injection (with creatine and glutamine)....~80g of whey 10-15 min later.....1.25hrs later, 150g of chicken breasts.
Pct included clomid/nolva/adex as always. reduced workload on all exercises, so no overtraining occurs. Plenty of sleep. there you have it

E1905,

Is there any special reason why you take your carbs and protein in seperately after your shot?

Also when you say 150grams of chicken, you mean 150 grams of protein correct? Also do you consume any carbs duirng that 2nd meal?

Do you feel that the carbs you take pre-workout help prevent you from going hypo?

Thanks bro!

Going IM, you have a very rapid onset of activity, separating the carbs and whey, you remove the competition for absorption due to surface area, so you get the effects of the glucose ASAP.

I mean an actual precooked weight of 150g of chicken....not protein content.

I take in preworkout carbs to really supply energy for my workout, and since I always eat the same, I have a predictable post workout BG level, so my insulin carb intake can be the same all the time with no real variation in BG levels from day to day

So far as PCT goes, I understand the need for all three of those compounds... the SERM's and the AI... But Id like to hear your views on HCG? I read on AR that it was not a good idea to include that in PCT... why is that? I read a protocal that just invloved Arimidex, Nolvadex, and Clomid... but no HCG... why is that? Thanks bro

Using HCG during PCT is COUNTERPRODUCTIVE!! It slows down your bodies ability to produce natty test again. It must be used during the cycle to keep your "boys" full to ensure a nice smooth recovery. I could get more technical, but it just confuses some ( not saying your dumb bro:) )
