During pct, I take in the same # of calories as during my cycle, but I shift the % to more protein and less carbs. The vast majority of carbs I do take are preworkout and pwo. i was using 10IU of Humalog IM pwo, and my dextrose intake was ~70g immediately after injection (with creatine and glutamine)....~80g of whey 10-15 min later.....1.25hrs later, 150g of chicken breasts.Patuba said:einstein,

Pct included clomid/nolva/adex as always. reduced workload on all exercises, so no overtraining occurs. Plenty of sleep. there you have it
