Smashed vials

I ordered a pack of 10ml vials and 4 of them are literally smashed to dust. These have now contaminated a lot of the other vials with shards/dust.

What is the best way to ensure there are no glass shards in the vials please?

Purified water, ultra sonic, ipa?

I would call/email the vendor and ask for a replacement order.
