Snap city training effective?

Here is my work out routine:

Back biceps biceps/ deadlifts

Chest try’s max

Deadlifts/ legs

Shoulders max bench

On chest day I do a full flat bench work out
And on shoulder day I do 1 work set

Same with dead lifts legs is my full day and back is my 1 work set

With this I am getting 1 rep on my work set almost every chest/dead day or other day and people keep telling me that less is more for strength yet I try the programs that are suposed to put 30 plus lb on your lift and I get stuck idk.

I workout 7 days a week and work 6 days a week eat like an animal and sleep like a baby. I just like getting results. And want to share what works for me. cheers.
