Snoring badly on blast?

On 500mg Test currently and my girlfriend is complaining about me snoring badly every night.
Never snored on cruise doses of Test. I have put on some size of course but not enough to where I would think it would cause strain.

Does anyone else have this? Not sure if I have sleep apena. I don't wake up during the night, but my sleep quality is pretty low compared to when I was cruising. I feel a lot less energetic.

Op how much do you weigh?

I got it when I was on 200 test 250 tren 600 mast on a bulk.. My weight was as high as 237. I started at 207 8 weeks prior to that weight.

The snoring went away when I dose reduced to cut and my weight dropped to 230.

I am gonna cut down fat so I don't deal with this shit again.

I used to be very fat before years ago. Never had the issue.
I am 93kg right now at 17%~ bodyfat. Starting a cut so I will update in a few months if it gets better. If not, to the doctor I go..

You are starting your cut on 500mg of test?
Are you retaining alot of water too?

I recommend anyone who snores heavily to get a sleep apnea test. It’s very easy to do. I recently did one that I ordered online and was able to get a cpap.

Cutting weight should definitely help but if you’re gonna gain more size and muscle over the years the apnea will come back and possibly get worse.

Clicked on this thread because my girlfriend says I snore loudly too, although I don't think it's correlated to when I've been on higher dosages of test (500mg/wk vs cruise at 200). For what it's worth, I've noticed it's immensely related to weight. when I'm "heavy" I weight about 230 lbs (6ft tall) but as soon as I cut down to sub 220, my gf says I snore significantly less/not as loud. Obviously on blast you will gain weight, usually you will gain it quickly at first due to water. I'd guess that's the main culprit. Keeping you weight gain slow and steady and also making sure you do your cardio will help your body be able to continue breathing better at higher weights, and should help with the snoring. Also- Somewhere in the back of my brain I remember reading something somewhere about testosterone doing something to the airways, and making snoring and sleep apnea worse.

final note: these days I'm maintaining around 225 ish, taking 200mg/wk test. I'm not super lean, but I do a lot of cardio now in an effort to refocus my efforts on being all around health. Even at this higher body weight, I seem to not have sleep issues like I previously did. I highly recommend doing steady state cardio with some intervals thrown in to jack up your HR to near-max levels, seemed to help me within 3 weeks

Get your physician to refer you to a sleep aid clinic. They will have a test done with the machine, your insurance will most likely cover the test and cpap machine if you ever need one. This will save your life.

I have a family history of sleep apnea, my parents wear cpap machine. I am a heavy snorer but according to the test, my heart doesn't skip a beat when sleeping. So, even if you snore, you might not need it. However, it's safer to get it checked.
