So what's the final word on B6 vs "tren gyno"?

JaPe ... i'll tell you for a 5.00 bill!

isn't tren a progesterone gyno ... isn't winny supposed to help with that?

I spent the 3 $5 bills I had on a bottle of b6 last night, otherwise we'd have a deal.

I think I recall threads going back and fourth on it, but (and I could be wrong...if so, please forgive me) I beleive Max Rep or somebody else had read studies saying Winnie had no effect on prog gyno (tren, anadrol, deca).

Anyone?

winny worked for me also. vitex is available at gnc or any other nutrition place. $8 per bottle
B6 at 200mg/day has worked for many people, myself included.

LMR (and maybe I have too) has posted numerous studies showing how B6 treats hyperprolactinemia.

**Edited for typo***

Yeah, I thought it was 200mg/day not 20mg or even 3x200mg/day. I would just be worried about possible temporary neural side effects at the higher dose. Maybe if you only do it for a couple of weeks it wouldn't be a problem.

WOW! Only 20 mg/day?

Typo...I'm sorry....200mg/day.

As I've said many times before, elevated estrogen environments exacerbate the potential for prog/prol-related gyno, so using proper anti e's during a cycle (which should always be done anyway) in conjunction with B6 should be more than sufficient.

Here's a link that discusses the potential for neurological sides:

The B6 worked and is working very well for me. I had searched some threads awhile back and had read some stuff from Einstein and Phreezer, I started taking 200mg 4 times a day for the first three days and then dropped it down to 600mg daily. It has done wonders for the gyno, however I do get some pretty bad headaches a few hours after I take it.

I'm on day 11 of a short tren cycle. Began to get sensitive nips by about day four! Started B-6, 600mg/day on day eight. Not sure if they're better yet but they are definitely not worse, so that is a good sign. I'm hopeful symptoms will disappear within another 4-5 days. If things are going well, I'll reduce dosage to 200mg/day at that point.

Also doing 20mg nolva per day. The nolva is just because I have a little. I've done 40mg/day of nolva for tren induced gyno in the past and it didn't help a bit. I'm just doing a little now because maybe it will help some until the B-6 takes effect.

If I would have know about this before I would have started it with the tren on day one if not a little sooner.

Were you using test with your cycle? Were you using Adex + nolva throughout? Were you using B6 from the beginning of your cycle?

yes, was on test and arimidex. I have never had a problem with gyno from other androgens so long as I used a little anti-e's. I started using B6 once I noticed the gyno. After 2 weeks of B6 it hadn't helped, changed to bromo and noticed an immediate effect
