Thanks bro. I've been doing 2 a days. Some old school football shit. Lol. I wake up and hit the dumb bells and bowflex at the house in the mornings, then I hit the gym in the evenings. For tris I do it all. Rope pull downs, dips, skull crushers. Every morning I wake up and do regular and diamond push-ups too.
I just started laying down on the bench and doing skull crushers with a straight bar. I go as heavy as I can to where I can only bust out 3 sets of 5-6 reps.
You got great genetics Odie , you could compete & win locally right now . Lose another 2-3% bf and put on some instant tan you'd kill em....
