From LM site it shows that vial B should have the blue-green in it and if you turn the lights out and shine your light on it, it should glow a clear blue color. Thanks for testing.

I agree. Looks like you were supposed to have uv'd Vial B. That's how it shows on the website. I don't know if Vial A should glow or not.
