Something went wrong test e brew

Hi all,

Brewed 100g test e, decent source. Bb and ba correct dose and cottonseed oil. Filtered via bottle top filter and I thought all had been sterilised sufficiently but the 'pip' (if you can even call it that) is dibilitating. Can hardly walk for 3 days. No redness but swelling is bad.

So I figure something went wrong! No idea what but I've ordered more raw to try again.

My question is, would refiltering a 10ml test vial with a .22 whatman into a sterile vial potentially rid me of this problem and undo what I did wrong or am I past that point ?? The only way I'll really know is to do it and then give my self .5ml dose and await the crippling effect but if anyone could shed any light on this before I do I'd appreciate it.

I've double checked I didn't swap the bb and ba figures and I haven't so something went tits up elsewhere.

Hold it up to the light. does it look crystal clear or does it look like it has oil swirls? I would try this with one vial and see if it helps. and I'm assuming 10ml vials. take the 10ml and put it in beaker. place on hot plate and warm (not hot). and add a ml of bb to it. refilter and re vial. see if that works. if so redo your batch with added bb, mixing and refiltering.

Our of curiosity, why did you ask if it was clear or had swirls?

You may have too much hormone in there and it may not fully be in solution. a little added bb may help.

I've checked the vials and they appear to be crystal clear. No sign of oil swirls or any foreign material in the mix as it should be??
Still suggest the above??

Test e at normal concentrations doesn't need any BB.

What was your recipe with the exact amounts of each ingredient used?

I can't quite recall but I believe it was

100g test e
4ml ba
40ml bb
Top up of cso to 400ml

Wasn't using an abstract recipe I just don't have the saved pic of the exact one I used.

I hope the issue is in sterility because that's the only thing that makes sense to me.

Also just out of interest, I see a few people taking about bb and the need for it or non need for it. Most online guides etc include it??? I thought it was a staple for suspension of the raw?

At 250mg/ml it's not necessary. above that you will start needing it. at about 350mg/ml you'll start needing the standard 18 to 20%. I would still try what I suggested. that and refilter is all you've got.

It's a solvent but test e and eq for example are soluble enough that It's not needed in normal concentrations.

Have done what you suggested and will test after it settles. If it had crashed this would be the routine wouldn't it?? Can this help sterility issues or whatever it is that's causing the pain and swelling?Guess I'll find out!

Sometimes heating crashed gear is enough. Sometimes more solvents are needed.

Adding BB won't make it any more sterile.
