I havent bothered with anything other than protein and creatine for my supps in quite awhile.
The Ergomax was what got me interested in other supps again but now thats not going to happen! Damn it.
I see that they have other products available and was wanting some feedback on them. My goal is mass of course, body fat is easy for me to deal with.
Im just looking for something new to try and wanted to make sure I didnt waste my money.
Any ideas? And it doesnt have to be from ALRI.
Thanks, Sphinx.

I'm not big on supplements at all but one that I like is Beverly Ultra 40 liver tabs. It's pretty much the only thing other than creatine that I use that I would consider a supplement, as protein is basically a necessity not a supplement. They are great for a number of reasons. Improved stamina, red blood cell production, better skin and less acne (due to large amounts of B vitamins), better digestion of meals, and they have about 2 grams of beef liver protein in each pill, so you'll be adding a lot of really high quality protein to your diet with zero cholesterol and zero fat. But it's the type of thing were you really will notice results only if you take them continuously for a long period of time at about 25-30 of them a day. I'm talking months not just a few weeks. Give it a shot and try it for 3-6 months, then decide for yourself. I personally take about 4-6 with every meal, probably 40 or so a day, but I get them really cheap, so I can do this. They are somewhat expensive, so keep this in mind. It will come out to about 1.50-2.00 bucks per day at these doses, which for the protein content alone really isn't that much if you think about it.

One thing you might want to think about with those pills: Does beef liver have a high iron content? If it does, then it would be no good for your body to eat alot ot them since that would lead to a toxic build up of iron. Just a thought.

This is a concern, however the iron in ultra 40 is heme iron (basically a whole food source) so there is no risk of this. I don't remember the exact reasoning but I read about it in length on a Beverly web site. It poses no risk due to the type of iron in the pills. However, some forms of supplemental iron would have this risk.

Much better price than Beverly's Liver tabs here.. 500tabs is like 10.50

So the ALRI supps are pretty much a no go unless your coming off cycle?
Hell I should just get some fucking test and be done with it! LOL
