Spot injecting

I have read a little but on this subject, just off hand what would you say are the optimal choices to spot inject and at the same time is there anything you should never spot inject?

well for the most part, everyone agrees that spot injecting doesnt work. if you want to try it, use a fast acting AAS.

have a nice day

Many say it has no merit....those that haven't done it....correctly.
If you shoot test suspension into your bis consistently for 1-2 weeks and can tell me you see no difference, then I'm convinced. Spot injections allow for the greatest possibility of AAS binding the AR in the desired location. Esterless gear is ideal for this (test susp). Pretty much anything else will have left the injection site to be de-esterified and become systemic to allow for random binding to ARs. If you can handle test supension shots 2x/day to any one site, you'll almost surely see some difference over a relatively short period of time.
IGF-1 works on this same principle as, potentially, does slin.
