Yo i need some help I am trying to increase my squat. Does anybody have a routine where i will increase fast with the program and notice changes quick in my squat and start to see results thanks for the help if u have any advice

i believe gavin already answered this question for you. Here is what he had written in a previous post. This is by Gavin laird...

Yeah, stop pyramiding to a max, warmup with easy triples, doubles and singles to your max then back off and do the repitition work for mulitple sets of 2 - 6 reps. Train the squat 2 - 3 times a week, soft max on one day then start with 80% 1RM for 4 sets of 2-3 reps then 70% for a couple of hard sets just short of failure getting as many reps as you can.
Keep the 80% for 2's/3's rep speed as fast as possible but dont add reps or load.

On another day use 80% for doubles then keep the load the same and add a rep or two a week till your at 80% 1RM for 4-6 sets of 6-7 reps. When you get here stop doing the soft max on day 1 (just do 80 - 85% 1RM for 4 - 6 sets of 2-3 reps) and start cycling down the reps on day two from 7 down to 3 over a few weeks, moving from 80% of your original 1RM for 7 to 95% old 1RM for 3, then hit 100% old 1RM for 1-3 reps in the last week or attempt a new 1RM.

Thats one way, there are hundreds of more efficient ways to build 1RM squat than the one you listed...long term Id probably look in to training Westside or similar if i was seeking a truly great squat or if you are in the early stages (SQing less than 2.5 times bodyweight) Id go for the above outline or a 5 x 5 program for 8 -12 weeks followed by a cycle down to a new max.

Cheers,

Gavin.
