Starting DNP cycle

A year ago i ran DNP cycle as follows: crystal dnp
day 1 : 200mg
day 2 : 200mg
day 3: 400mg
day 4 :400 mg
day 5 : 800mg
day 6 : 200mg
day 7 : 200mg
day 8 : 200mg
stopped DNP and benadryl,no allergic reactions during dnp cycle but i got allergy after 2 days of stopping DNP and Benadryl(run benadryl 4-5 days longer)

Now i have decided again to run DNP cycle :
1-21 days 200mg ED ,i will be taking benadryl along with loratidine

i lost about 11 lbs of pure fat :drooling: and allergy after stopping dnp,so run benadryl 4-5 days longer because DNP has halflife of about 36 h.This time i am looking to drop 15 lbs( with 2 dnp cycles)
