Starting Over

So currently I'm 47 years old. Mini back story I used to work out extensively when I was in hs...started, stopped thru the years. For about a year was working out 5 days a week. Decent shape, good dad bod. One day had massive burnING in my shoulder. Turns out needed major spinal issue requiring spinal fusion. Postsurgery lost ability to use biceps, they went from about 16 inch to about 13.5 inch from lack of use/ability. Slowly trying to get my biceps working. I was able to curl 100 pound barbell, and now no kidding sweat to curl 15 to 20 pound(after two years post surgery). Trying to get my mass back and get my right brachialis to work..so that's my story in short
I still am improving but a snails pace..
