You need to find out what your blood levels are now that you are on TRT. What your E2 was previous to TRT is meaningless now as the number will be different. In general getting your bodyfat down will lower E2 numbers for most.
You probably need to be on an AI. Chances are your bf % is higher than 22. All that fat is making aromatase enzymes and converting your test to e2. Add more test, you'll have more e2. More e2 will make your body store more fat. It's a vicious cycle.
Once you've been on trt for 4-5 weeks, get your free and total test along with an ultrasensitive e2. It would be a good idea for you to read up on GLP-1. It will help you drop that bf % down quickly.
