Ok my first cycle I did not eat enough post cycle and lost alot of gains. I am now near the end of my second cycle which is a cutting cycle. I have lost a good amount of fat. Calories are pretty low. Problem is is that i dont want to crash post cycle. Everyone says you must bump up calories post cycle, but I do not want to gain any fat, I have busted ass to get this far I do not want to put on any fat that I lost, but I also dont want to lose more size and strength from not enough food.

What do you bros do in this situation?

I get my protein in first and alot of it each meal.....If I'm still hungry, I will satisfy that hunger with either carbs or fats.

For example: If I'm eating a pound of ground beef (rinsed), potatoes, and veggies. I eat the ground beef first, then the veggies, and if I'm still hungry, I'll eat as many potatoes as necessary, but normally, I won't eat even a half of one.

I eat carbs or fats last in a meal....I have found that this way works best for me. If I eat my potatoes and veggies first, I won't be hungry to get in my required protein for that meal.

This keeps me pretty lean even on a bulking cycle.

Also, use carb cutoffs. For me, it's no carbs after 6:00pm.

My last meal or two of the day will consist of either roast beef coldcuts, or a protein shake or both.

Give this a try and see.....LMK if you need me to explain how I do things further.

Exactly ....eat clean but don't diet. You can eat alot of food and not get fat if your foods are selective. Proteins first, carbs(avoid sugar) then fat.

When t is low and e is high, you get fat. This is the exact state that you're in Post cycle. If I were you, I'd make sure that my endogenous test levels come back to normal then gradually increase the calories. If you have to, just increase it 250 cals./week since you have a tendency to put on fat post cycle. Another suggestion is running a low dose of t-3 to avoid lipogenesis. I've HEARD that 12.5mcg. doesn't suppress natural thyroid production. Good luck

yes bumping cal. will help from looseing gains after a cycle

but you did a cutting cycle not a mass cycle

so we are talking about minimal gains to begin with

plan your diet for your goals
