Stepping out from the shadows

I've been following this site for about a year now off and on. I've also been reading eroids and a few Australian sites as well. I'm in the United States, but figured the info doesn't recognize time zones. I was able to see that eroids is a bit questionable with their practices, so I didn't sign up there. This seems to be the one stop shop for all of the info that I needed.

A little about myself...

I'm 30 years old, an old 30 however. Have endured 6 joint surgeries. Blew out both acl's, 3 shoulder surgeries. Stage 4 slap lesion among a ton of other shit. When I'm in my prime, I'm around 240. I'm 6'1 with a large frame(size 14 shoes, wide shoulders, big legs).

I decided to finally join because I've gearing up to start my journey in the aas world. I wanted to introduce myself and become part of the community so I could get some advice on things that I wasn't quite able to find out for myself. I.e., best cycle for rehabbing support for stability with joints. 2.5 years ago I went under the knife and had 3 surgeries in under a year(cal and 2 shoulder surgeries. I went from 245 to 325 over a 2 year period. I finally adapted a keto diet and got far more aggressive at the gym and dropped down to 260 where I'm at today. I want to lose another 20 lbs before I kick this off.

Through my reading I've found a reputable source for my pct and ancillaries, he's just reached 200 pages with 100% positive feedback haha.

Still trying to narrow down my source for gear, still reading but there's a ton of stones to overturn haha. Not going to lie, been tempted to take advantage of ashop sales or even naps deal of the week, but gut says to wait it out. Even if some of the lab work may be compelling.

So that basically sums it up. 30, 6'1, 6 major joint surgeries (3 knee 3 shoulder) on keto now and shedding the weight like crazy. Want to build up my muscles to support my joints and add stability and ease my pain.

Thanks for having me and I look forward to learning more and becoming part of this great community.
