Why not buy presterilized one off amazon or aliexpress?
You can put it in instant pot for a hours then filter benzyl alcohol through it and let it sit in benzyl alcohol for a few minutes. I am not expert and have not done that so take it for what it’s worth

If you are in desprate need for something to inject right now then buy a vial off of a domestic shop. If not then just wait until you have the right filters. Better safe than sorry imo.
