Good day fellow meso,
As some of you may know I'm steroid free due to a few factors. This last week I have attempted to prep the most thorough EC cut stack plan as I could and I will be sharing my results here. My weight is of concern to some people asking why I do not keep bulking. My weight is very low due to injuries sustained in the line of duty I can not do nearly any leg workouts if I plan to keep my ability to walk. Due to this nearly all of my bulked muscle mass is upper body. My arms are around 17 inches pre pump (I know that's not impressive just using as an example) and my legs are honestly nearly the same. I will be posting any sides I experience on this stack as well. Unlike most people who run EC stack I will be running it CONSTANTLY. Every 5 hours. I'll be running EC in my sleep. I am eating ONLY when hungry. I will be eating clean and not tracking my macros because my expectation is I will not be hungry at all after I taking my 180 of protein each day while on this stack. I did do my first creatine load prior to this. 25 a day of creatine and now I'm running 5g of creatine a day.
25mg E/200mg C, 30 mins 150HR or lower cardio a day.
Here are my stats pre EC stack/cut

I started two days ago so I figured I would back log.
Day 1 end: 171 lb looking bloated compared to day before.
Day 2 end: 168 lb bloat is gone. Looking more cut. Lossing a lot of water weight. No muscle size decrease.
My sides for the first two days:
Slight shaking in hands and heart palpitations which is a signal for higher blood pressure.
Increased focus in daily tasks with an increase in calmness. Somone nearly ran me off the road and I had no anger or activated response. I would normally be looking for a fight. Very odd side I did not expect.
Noticeable thermogenesis. Had to turn my fan on at night from night sweats. This thermogenesis is NOT accompanied by increased thirst.
I have not lost the ability to sleep. HOWEVER if I do not force myself to bed I could stay up for legitimately days with only slight fatigue. The first night I decided I would go to bed when I was tired as normal. Never got tired. Made myself take a nap second day as well as go to sleep on time on the second night. Heart palpitations definitely noticble when laying down attempting to sleep.
Increased hearing. Noises sound more clear as though I've lived my life listening through dollar genral earphones and I just tried on a pair of high quality studio headphones.
Dramatically decreased appetite. It's almost hard to intake 180 of protein a day alone. I'm never hungry. Not even in the slightest. Forcing myself to eat slightly more due to health reasons from now on.
Increased workout stamina. I could live in the gym and work myself to the point of not being able to move the next day if I had the time.
Increased cardio stamina. 30 mins of cardio feels like nothing. It is difficult to keep HR bellow 150.
