Steroids and sex drive...?

So here is something i have been wondering for a while, we all know doing a cycle without including testosterone of some sort will tank your sex drive right? But i dont understand why? Another compound, lets use Trenbelone for example, mimics testosterone in some ways, and does not mimic it in other ways. It is like test becuase it is anabolic, but it is unlike test because it will not produce sex drive? It seems to me that any compound that will cause virilization in women would increase libido in men? Are there some steroids that can also increase sex drive besides test?

No, we do not know that a cycle without testosterone will tank your sex drive.

An AAS with a higher affinity to the androgen receptor in androgenic tissue such as proviron or trenbolone for example will keep your sexdrive going assuming you have an aromatasing steroid included as well will keep your sex drive A-OKAY.

Sex drive for on cycle:
compound that is androgenic + compound that will aromatase = success

Hmmm, thats interesting, so a more androgenic steroid will improve sex drive? Can you explain the need for an aromatising steroid? I ask because i did a cycle of test and mast, but i didnt start the mast untill 4 weeks after the test and my sex drive increased, which made me wonder why i couldnt do a cycle of just mast? Im really just trying to understand out of curiosity though.

Estrogen plays an important role in libido. Too high or too low and it will cause problems.

Binding stronger to ARs will cause a higher sex drive, which is why proviron may be prescribed to increase libido.

Well if it is going to shut down your normal test production, and what you are replacing it doesn't aromatize then you would possibly have really low estrogen, and feel awful. I don't know why at the minimum you wouldn't run at least a trt dose of test with any cycle, there are other things involved. Other pathways etc, but kind of wonder if dosing HCG decently could somehow make up for it, I don't know. But I still wouldn't risk it, welcome to experiment on yourself.

BR wrote about how you can use a decent dose of HCG with a Mast only cycle so you don't have extremely low e2. Stacking it with drol or low dose dbol was another option as well.

Lol welcome to try yourself.....i do wonder if HCG would be enough but I have no problem with just keeping my TRT test levels so why the need.

NOw I can run high levels of Deca or NPP and low test and never had an issue. Except with my joints I have to watch my AI closely it easy to crash the estrogen.

Now when I run high Test I am not sure if I like my sex drive it is a dirty wanting to just get on anything that moves and ravage it. Good thing my wife is accomadating keeps me out of trouble.

I have rarely had any libido problems as long as I run at the least a TRT dose of test.

E2 management is rough imo. Even with trt dose what works at one point crashes me now. I don't get that huge libido boost from test unless I run it really high, I can seem to run up to 500 mg a week without AI now, or .1mg once in a while. But to get that huge libido boost it has to be 800 plus. So when I run test low with tren and other compounds I don't get the raging libido either, libido is ok, but sure would love to feel like I did at 20, maybe a gram+ haha, no reason to go there, probably wouldn't know how to manage my E2... I mean running blood tests after 4-6 weeks on E2 isn't sufficient, have done this and numbers were great just to crash my E2 4 weeks later as the number continued to decline.

no it is not a guarantee, I have ran plenty or Deca only, EQ only, and Tren only cycles and not once did I get dick issues or my libido go down. I tried killing myself while running Tren while having sex. talk about not being able to breath, but still pushing forward lol

Tren kills my libido. Test prop has very little impact (and i know my test is legit through bloodwork) on my sex drive to be honest. Now anadrol on the other hand has me running around with a hard on at every attractive woman I see. Not to say test doesn't cause SOME increases in libido, but nothing like other people describe. Tren gives me low libido but it doesn't give me ed or anything, just not as interested. Don't know why anadrol increases my libido so much (DHT?) but i found my go to oral AAS.

Anadrol is not a DHT. Anadrol is highly Androgenic.
