I wanted to get your guys collective thoughts on this. I stocked up on gear Because (1) I came into extra cash a few times and (2) because of the potential issues with the China raws ban. I spread my orders over a few different sources. One in particular, all the sent vials had a manufacturing date of 2016 printed on the label.

I know gear doesn’t “go bad” but over time it could lose some potency. My concern is the carrier oil going rancid. If it was bought and placed on my shelf it would last I guess two years. When heated to be brewed, it should extend the shelf life right?

I guess my question is really how good to go it this oil/gear for future use? I won’t get to a lot of it still for another few years ( good chunk of it is Deca and EQ).

Do you think it will be fine to inject years from now or should I sell off some to a friend? I’d hate for it to go to waste.

Oil goes rancid due to oxidation. If their isn't any air (sealed vial) it won't go bad so easily, but you would need to filter it before using it due to bacteria that may potentially be in it. I personally used test E that was about 6 years old and bloods came back that it lost like no potency. I did filter mine as it was cloudy.

I brewed a couple of years worth of supply myself. I used mig840, mct, gso, eo, guac, bb and ba; all pharma grade. All but ba has expiry less than 2 years from now. In my ba is the limiting factor. I don't know if shorter life of ba is generally the case or if it is just what I was shipped.
The other good benefit of brewing youself is you know the expiration date and quality of every ingredient that goes in to make Holy oil.

So i have a 20ml bottle of deca and one i pinned just a couple times out of neither of them cloudy but around 3 years old hell maybe 4

Iv heard the vial its self is more a concern with the rubber going bad .

I have had old bottle in the past the rubber does seem to break down. Idk if i will use the old deca

I believe that unopened vials stored at room temperature in a dark and dry area would last maybe 5+ years. Maybe more, depending on optimum storage conditions and proper oil preparation and packaging. I have used oils that were in excess of 4 years old (previously unopened) with no noticeable product potency effects.

I’m using the test and npp right now (4 years) Tren later in the year. Next year I was planning on the EQ and Deca (will be 5 years by then) but that will be a long so cycle, so it will be the only one that year. Anything else would be 6 years by the time I touch it. At that point I may just toss the ones from that source and switch over to the other stuff. I hate the only way to know at that time would be to inject it.

they’re stored in a dark, cool, dry place. All the vials are standing up. I figured it’s good to not have the oil and ba be sitting on the stopper.
