I strained my left bicep about a month and a half ago doing pull-ups at times it seems to be getting better but when I do certain movements it flairs up again I've been trying to work around it and warm it up good but doesn't seem to be helping and I'm about to go into my prep next month so not sure what if I should back off or what? But starting to get a little worried it might be a little more serious then what I originally thought
