Hi Bros,

I don't speak perfectly english but I try to come in your board!

I'have 26 yo, 165lbs, 10% bf, and 10yrs of training behind me, so good experience with bodybuilding, training, diet and not so much with gear but i'm here for learn,...


Diet :

For my diet I run on 3300kcal for training days and 3000 on rest days with 6 meals per days
Hi glycemic index on morning and on training and the rest with low glycemic index and low carbs on the end of the day.
I work now with myfitnesspal for agence my diet it work good for me.

Training :

5 time (1,5h) Calishenics training/week
2 time (50min) Anaerobic ( sprint ) training / week
3 time (1h) Legs in weight training / week


my experiences with gear :

2009 : First cycle / Methandrostenolone / Nandrolone Decanoate
W1 - 4 / Methandro. 20mg to start and 40mg after 7days for 4 weeks
W1 - 8 / Nandro. 250mg/weekly for first week and up to 400mg/w on week 4 to the end.
W1 - 8 / 1000ui of Hcg weekly
all the cycle liver protector
after 21 days PCT cycle

Good results and experience for my first no complications

and after that on 2010 and 2011 the same cycles.

So now I don't do anymore bodybuilding but Calisthenics and fonctional training and this year after lots of reflections I have decided to start a new steroids cycle for my personal objectiv.

Now I'm on Testosterone Propionate, Methenolone Enanthate and Stanozolol

So my goals is to have more strenght and endurance for long periods training and skills.

Blood test 2 weeks before starting and other one in week 3.

W1-12 / Metheno. 600mg/w E3D
W1-10 / Testo. P. 500mg/w ED
W10 - 12 / Testo. P. 250mg/w ED
W1 - 12 / HCG 500ui per week 2 spots of 250ui per week
W8 - 12 / Stanoz. 50mg/d
W1 - 12 / 0.25 of arimidex
PCT start at day 15 on standar protocol

Maybe I had masteron propionate on week 5 if I can have... so that because I d'ont mention.

So i'm happy to give my personal experience and learn with you guy's !
