strenth loss

I am getting ready to start phreesers cycle #3 on his post
deca, sus,d-bol folowed by hcg and clomid.
what kind of size and streanth loss should I expect after I stop useing and at what intervals will they happen
 
I can't speak to a particular cycle, but I lost half of what I gained on a 12 week cycle, my guess is because I did no PCT and my nuts were raisins.

You can minimize strength loss by reducing volume and trying to keep the weights high when your off.
So while your on you do higher volume, maybe in the 8-10 rep range....when you come off you want to keep the weight high and go for doubles and triples in the big lifts.
 
PCT is very important so you dont get a sudden drop in test levels thereby decreasing your strength. Stay in the gym and PCT!
