I am not sure what to do with my hypothalamus hypogonadism...or secondary hypogonadism. I am 35 now, when I was 16 or 17, maybe even 18....I don't remember the age. I took steroids for a few months and stopped cold on them and this didn't give time for my own testosterone to restart and my penis did shrink in size from 5.5 erect to 7.5 erect a few days after I stopped cold. For years I went untreated and didn't take anymore testosterone...Just wentt through life with no sex drive or function.

The system still has not restarted and doctors tell me it should. I can get HRT as a replacement if I want to from my primary doctor...either androgel or testosterone ethanate. But I want the system to restart, I did have a GNRH stimulation test done years ago and then the doctor said it must be psychological, so he wouldn't give me testosterone...I also had a clomid stimulation test done, 50 mg for 10 days, felt nothing (cause that high of a dosage I was told is too anti-estorgen, we need some) but my levels did go from about 200 to 600 and LH tripled from 4.00 to 12.

I never finished puberty completely as my facial hair only grows a bit...like a cm long.

I am worried that I reset my system when I stopped cold and my body thinks this is the "normal me". Even if I take clomid to try to restart the system, my body will view it as increasing my abnormal level ( my level is 250 normal) and therefore have a supressive factor.

And as far as sex, well drive is low, but I can have sex with help from viagra, but sometimes I can't finish.

What would you do if you were me? Go with testosterone replacement, try clomid for a while (if I should how long and how do I get off of clomid, slowly reduce dosage)?

And how do I make or which form of replacement is more androgenic than anabolic, i want to regrow penis (if possible) and also grow facial hair...I guess I need more DHT and less estrogen?

I am sure there are people who will be confused by my posting but please help me and ask any questions you have

another thing, I also have pelvic pain for over ten years, on an alpha blocker now.....

Being 35 then TRT while examing other hormones , adrenal, and thyroid while isolating the cause would be the way to go.

and this just didn't start when I was 35 it happened years ago., when I was a teenager.
