Substitute for Everclear

If you can't get Everclear what do you think is the closes substitute? Maybe Vodka or Bacardi 151? Everclear is 190 proof and I think Vodka is like 80 proof.

I've seen bros say they got stuff to stay in 151. don't beleive it would hold in 80 proof vodka though.
